Forensic acquisitions of information from hard drives are done on a flat fee based on size and include a prelimary report.Evidence examination is generally done on a per hour basis, with different costs for machine time analysis and analyst time. Rate determination is based on volume of data to be analyzed. All examinations include a complete report on activities.
Court presentations are done on daily per diem rate.
All fees are discussed and agreed to prior to an engagement
